Full local-first mode
Index, selection, and mounted working set all run on your machine. No cloud account required, no network round-trip, no source code leaving your laptop.
All agents, all repos
Claude Code, Cursor, Continue, and any MCP-speaking client. Unlimited repos, unlimited sessions, no seat cap during beta.
Patch approval workflow
Every proposed change shows up as a diff. Nothing applies without your explicit yes. Every approval is logged locally for audit.
Direct line to the team
We read every beta signup, every support message, and every piece of feedback. Beta users shape the roadmap directly.
Cloud orchestration preview
Opt into cloud-orchestrated sessions — metadata first, snippets only if you allow them. Cross-device session resume is on the way.

Beta is free, no card required. Your local index and working set are portable — they live in .tokenfluid and work without our servers.

Honest privacy note

TokenFluid keeps your repo, local SQLite index, mounted working set, and workspace on your machine. In cloud-orchestrated mode, TokenFluid Cloud receives metadata first. Selected line-range snippets may be requested only if enabled by your privacy mode. Full repositories and SQLite databases are not uploaded. Do not claim 'zero code leaves your machine' unless privacy mode is local_only or no_snippets.
